Farah Abdel Rahim is from Jordan. She has delayed mental development and suffers from distraction and lack of concentration. She joined Bareeq Center two years ago as part of the Children with Disabilities program which also helps with learning difficulties.
She is now in sixth grade, and her performance at school is improving measurably due to the follow-up to the lessons she takes at the Bareeq center. Even though she was suffering from severe bullying at her school, today from a social standpoint, her personality is developing and her personality is stronger. She knows how to respond to those who bully her.
Farah says that she is very happy to come to Bareeq center and she learned to do good deeds. At the start of last month of Ramadan, Farah wanted to participate in doing good deeds, so she donated all the contents of her piggy bank to the Ramadan Food Basket program at the center. When Farah’s piggy bank was opened there was 7 dinars in it ($10). Her teachers are very appreciative of her donation since every bit counts. She said that she would also like to participate in doing more good deeds in the future.
