My name is Rahma, I am from Egypt living in Amman, Jordan, I started my journey with Bareeq in the year 2020, around the COVID pandemic period.

Being away from school during that period, I missed it so much that I enrolled in Bareeq Center to continue my schooling and interacting with people my age in a safe manner. It has been a great experience and I am doing great in my studies. Now I am in first year of secondary grade and my favorite subject at the Bareeq Center is English – I really love my teacher.

I feel so grateful to Bareeq that I decided to volunteer at the Bareeq Center and help as much as I could. Since I know Karate and Bareeq supported me in getting better, they agreed for me to share this talent — today, not only I am talking classes at the center, but I am also a martial arts trainer for children, teaching them the basics of self-defense.

I am so grateful to all the Bareeq team responsible for the three years I have been here, and looking forward to many more, God willing🤍.
